01. How far ahead do people get notified of my location?
This is dictated through the navigation systems being used by the traveling public and not by OnStation. These systems are designed to alert users approximately half a mile before reaching the specified location.
02.Will Active Worksite™ turn off if I don’t have the OnStation App open?
You have power to control this! Out of the box, Active Worksite™ turns off when the OnStation App is not open on your phone. You have the ability to enable the setting ‘Run Active Worksite™ in Background’ which allows the traveling public to still be notified even when you navigate away from the app.
